How it works

How PinRevive works, in plain words

This page explains everything before you decide anything. The risk check is free. Buying the packet is optional, and it's your choice.

1. What PinRevive does (and doesn't do)

What we do. We help you get ready. You answer a few questions in the free risk check. You get a score out of 100 and plain-language findings about what could weaken an appeal or draw a review. All of it is based on Google's own help pages, which are listed on our Sources page.

What we don't do.

2. How Google's appeal process works

This is what Google's help page says, in simple steps. [A]

  1. Read the decision. Open Google's appeals tool and sign in with the Google account tied to the profile. It shows the date, the reason and whether you can appeal.
  2. Check if it's the profile or your account. If your Google account itself is restricted, appeal the account first. Then appeal the profile.
  3. Gather your documents. Google says these can help: your business registration, a business license, a tax certificate, and a utility bill for the business.
  4. Make the names match. Google's tip: the business name and address on every document should match your profile.
  5. Appeal once, completely. You can attach several files and explain your case in a text box. Google says an appeal can only be submitted once per decision, so finish your preparation first.
  6. Wait. Google emails you its decision. The tool shows a status such as Submitted, Approved or Not Approved. We suggest you don't edit the profile while you wait.
  7. If it's not approved. Google says it may be able to do an additional review. You can add new evidence that wasn't in your first appeal.

Some edits make Google ask you to verify again. That means proving to Google that you really run the business, for example with a code sent by mail. [E]

3. What the $49 one-time fee covers

The optional packet is a printable plan made from your quiz answers. It is built in your browser, so your answers stay on your device. It includes:

What the fee does not cover: filing the appeal for you, contacting Google, or any promise that Google will reinstate you. The free risk check and your free results stay free whether you buy or not.

4. No subscription

The packet is $49, paid once through Stripe. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

5. The 14-day refund policy

PinRevive is a digital product, so we keep this simple: if your packet didn't unlock, or you were charged twice, contact us within 14 days of the payment and we'll fix it or refund you.

Please include your Stripe receipt or confirmation code so we can find the payment. Refunds are handled manually, so allow a few business days after we confirm it. We can't refund for outcomes outside our control, such as Google's decision on your appeal.

This is the same policy as on our Get help page.

6. How to reach support

Go to the Get help page. You'll find answers to common questions and a contact form. We reply by email, usually within 1-2 business days.

7. Quick questions

Do I have to buy the packet?

No. The risk check and your results are free and are yours to keep. Buying is optional.

Do I need to give my email or a card for the free check?

No. No email and no card. Your answers stay in your browser.

Can you get my profile back?

No. Only Google can. We help you prepare a clear, complete appeal.

Where is my packet after I pay?

Stripe sends you to our success page, which opens your packet. Your Stripe receipt email has the same link. If anything goes wrong, use the Get help page.
